Data are not disclosed to third parties without the customer’s consent, except in cases required by law (e.g. to a delivery partner).

Changes to Privacy Policy and Terms

WMP OÜ reserves the right to update the privacy policy and ordering terms in accordance with changes in legislation or to improve services.
All changes will be published on the website wmpparts.eu.

Sales Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

The owner of the online store WMPPARTS.EU (hereinafter the Online Store) is OÜ WMP
Registry code: 17163924
Address: Telliskivi 57D, Tallinn, Estonia

These sales terms apply to all purchases made from the Online Store.

2. Product and Price Information

Prices of products sold in the Online Store are displayed next to the products. All prices are in euros.

A delivery fee will be added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the selected delivery method and is displayed to the buyer during checkout.

Information about the products is provided directly next to the products in the Online Store.

3. Placing an Order

To order products, add the desired items to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required data fields and choose a suitable delivery method.

The payable amount will then be displayed on the screen and can be paid via a bank link or other payment solution.

The sales contract enters into force once the payable amount has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will generally be refunded within 1–2 working days. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 7 working days to reach the buyer.

4. Delivery

Goods are delivered to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Finland, Sweden.

Delivery costs are borne by the buyer, and the relevant price information is displayed next to the selected delivery method.

Domestic shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the buyer’s designated destination within 3–7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Deliveries outside Estonia usually take up to 5 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the Online Store has the right to deliver goods within up to 30 calendar days. If the buyer has been informed of a longer delivery time, the deadline published by the Online Store applies.

5. Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons or to products for which, pursuant to § 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply (e.g. custom-made products).

To exercise the 14-day right of return, the goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as permitted in a physical store.

If the goods have been used more than necessary to inspect them or show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, a withdrawal statement must be submitted no later than 14 days after receiving the goods and sent to the email address info@wmpparts.eu.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, except where the returned goods do not correspond to the order (e.g. incorrect or defective product).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within that period.

The Online Store will refund all payments received under the contract no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement. The Online Store may refuse to issue a refund until the goods have been returned or until the buyer has provided proof of return.

If the buyer has chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the excess delivery cost will not be refunded.

The Online Store may withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods has been mistakenly marked significantly below the market price.

6. Right to Submit a Complaint

The Online Store is liable for non-conformity of the goods with the contract that existed at the time of delivery and that becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods.

During the first year, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery, unless the Online Store proves otherwise.

In the event of a defect, the buyer must notify the Online Store no later than two months after discovering the defect by email at info@wmpparts.eu or by phone at +372 5565 9848.

The Online Store is not liable for defects that arise after delivery due to the buyer’s fault, including improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

If the goods have a defect for which the Online Store is responsible, the goods will be repaired or replaced. If this is not possible, all fees related to the sales contract will be refunded to the buyer.

The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing within 15 days.

7. Processing of Personal Data and Direct Marketing

The Online Store processes the buyer’s personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. More detailed conditions for the processing of personal data are described in the privacy policy.

8. Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent to info@wmpparts.eu or submitted by phone at +372 5565 9848.

If the parties cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the consumer has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedure is free of charge for the consumer.

The consumer may also use the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
