The helmet’s outer shell is made from 6-layer AIM+ (Advanced Integrated Matrix Plus), combining fiberglass, organic fibers, and high-strength materials. The new M.E.D.S. (Motion Energy Distribution System) reduces rotational forces during impacts and protects the head from injury.
A multi-density EPS liner effectively absorbs impact energy, while the double-D ring chin strap keeps the helmet securely in place. The helmet meets the latest ECE-R 22.06 safety standard.
Comfort and Fit
The SHOEI VFX-WR 06 is available in four shell sizes (XS–XXL), ensuring an ideal fit and balance between weight and stability. The helmet’s interior is made from breathable, quick-drying Max-Dry fabric, which can be removed and washed.
Cheek and crown pads of varying thickness allow for a personalized fit.
Ventilation and Aerodynamics
Seven intake vents and eight exhaust vents provide excellent airflow, even during the most intense rides. The large nose guard with a metal mesh and replaceable filter keeps dust and debris out. The aerodynamic shell and smoothly integrated visor reduce air resistance and stabilize the helmet at high speeds.
